I was in the T1 lounge last week waiting for my flight to HKG late at night. Lounge was of course empty with so few BA flights going out late at night. My only complaint would be it was too dark inside! I miss the Concorde lounge with the big windows to look out at!

I would hate to use the lounge during the day with all the short haul passengers in there too.

Wonder how long it will take BA to recognize the problem in T1 and fix it??? Hopefully, before it loses their premium customers to CX or other airlines.
