I've stayed at quite a few Sofitel's and I was at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth this week. This is the first Sofitel, or indeed any Accor property, which has offered a welcome gift of 300 courtesy points or a selection of snacks/bottle of wine. I also received the standard free drinks vouchers which is normal for Platinum guests.

I've not been offered courtesy points anywhere else, is this a new feature?
