No. Ticket has nothing to do with which carrier earnings applies. The marketing carrier of the flight is wjat matters. You earn per flight. Example

DL123 - JFKMEX on AM123 - earns per DL earnings
AM123 - earns per AM earnings

DL123 connecting to AM456 ON ONE TICKET

DL123 earns per DL and AM456 per AM
