You are probably referring to a "Select Member Exclusive" promo which is unrelated to "Unlock Your Rewards". Note that "Select Member Exclusive" comes in many forms, including the double stay/nights credit.

At 75 stays you will earn 4 points rather than 3. How many extra points would that get you based on your estimated 2018 spend? How much money would a 2 night mattress run cost you? Divide the dollars of the mattress run by the extra points and then determine if it’s worth it.
If I could get 10,000 extra points for a $200 mattress run I would find value but that’s me, not you.
