500/750 is the minimum number of miles you earn for flights of less than500/750 miles IF YOUR fare earn 100%. GVA is regarded as "European". Assuming that your fare earn 25% you will get 25% of 750. At least under the current system.

Domestic is within France (excluding overseas).
