I was looking through other forums and etc (credited to Loyalty Lobby), there seems to be a targeted for US SPG American Express card holders called - SPG Unlock Your Rewards (Link).

Unfortunately, I wasn't eligible for this specific promotion. However, hopefully others in the forum will have better luck.
