Sure, there's no problem at all! You just turn around and join the line for boading at the door.

Just make sure that it actually is the same airplane. AY also has a flight HEL-ARN-BGO, and the ARN-BGO departure may or may not be at around the same time as a separte ARN-HEL flight (I really don't know).
