I have been on the phone with United Customer Service for the last 3 hours, because my deadline to submit receipts for expenses is tonight. (I know I should have done this earlier). United's "view receipt" option is currently not working. I am getting an error message and that it should be fixed within 15 minutes, it's been hours.
Is there any other way to get a receipt? I am a 1k.
I second the email receipt option as I had to do the same thing yesterday. Search by confirmation number, then copy and paste it into Word and finally save or convert to PDF as I did.
