Anyway, Ian in the lounge is really nice, the offerings up there are OK and probably above par for a N. American hotel lounge. Breakfast downstairs was pretty good and very reasonably priced. The hotel was filled with European tour groups who packed the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
The hotel has a killer location if you have to be in that business/government area. For vacationing it has not much to offer.
Interestingly the key cards were branded by Marriott....
Great review and recommendation, oliver2002. For clarification, you were at the Sheraton (the last two posts recommended The Westin). I agree with you about the location, and that is very interesting, about it being a Four Seasons once upon a time.
