I was recently unfortunate enough myself to have had to fly HKG-AKL on one of the 2 class aircraft when I had a First Class RTW ticket. I hadn't written in about it.
But if you were on a RTW ticket, there wouldn't be anything to "write in about" we all take flights in -D- on -A- class tickets when that's all that's flying on a given route on a given day, no compensation (or even consideration) whatsoever would be due, even theoretically, under ONE rules.
