Couple things. I have the TSA locks, just the TSA red sticker has fallen off long time ago. I didn't get a notice, and when my bag has been opened they always leave a note.

The damage is very small. Under the lever-style locks are plastic trim pieces and there are is substantial scratches and peeling of said plastic indicated that someone tried to use maybe a screwdriver to pry the locks off. This is under only one lock.

Also this was a non-stop originating in JFK.

Anyways the website says I need to take it to a Delta baggage office after arrival. I return back to JFK, can I do this on my return?
