Indeed, and I'm sure had HAL appointed Quinlan Terry to do a soft focus Edwardian pastiche number on T5, the sash windows and Portland stone surrounds would still need to be cleaned. The issue here is cleaning can only be done between the hours of 1am and 4am when the terminal is 'asleep' or as the case may be, not at all.
Cleaning glass facades isn't rocket science
