I am trying to book a trip from the USA to SYD and have been looking for UA consolidators that handle this route, as most seem to focus on Asia. I received a very good price (~$1,000 less than UA's lowest-published fare) but don't see too much information about this particular agency. Their quote is booked in W class, which is important because I want to use SWUs.

My questions:
- does anyone have any experience with this agency?
- had any problems getting MP credit for flights booked through them?
- had any problems upgrading their bulk fares?
