I had a second stay on 23-24 September. No bonus point of 9,000 posted. I submitted a missing bonus points claim.
IHG reverted back to me saying that this promo has ended in 31-Aug and no bonus to be posted for stay beyond this. They did give me 5,000 points as one time exception.
What kind of rubbish is this. IHG is very unprofessional. The offer is still in my account and clearly say until 31-December-2017.
