UA F/C/Y "Unrestricted Fare" refund
Feels weird asking this, but never having done this before...

Is a UA F/C/Y "Unrestricted Fare" fully refundable (to CC), without penalty?

I figure there's no risk if I buy full Y-fare, then apply for the visa, then refund it and get a cheaper nonrefundable Z/P-fare. It will cost me a few bucks for the period until the new ticket, but as long as I get all my money back I'm ok with it.
