Thanks! Sorry if this was confusing. Yes I was trying to book as a multi-city award. Pricing wasn’t the issue but the last segment TPE-BKK wasn’t showing up. However, when I booked TPE-BKK as a one-way the BR flight showed up. Thus I wondered if it was less a United.com snafu and more of a connection issue. Hope that clarifies
