I wrote a long and repeated info and negative experience I had with the eclaimsline, the travel benefit dept for chase SPR on flyertalk many months ago.
After several months and everything exausted and even the chase exec dept refused to intervene and help, my two options were either to take the benefit dept to small claims court for $200 in damage or just cancel the card when the fee comes. I did the later because I have no time for court as I am busy with my family. For me, they were total fraud and denied a totally legit claim and then choosing to ignore all my emails, phone calls and letters.
