Both myself and husband got letters saying too few or no balances on revolving credit cards, income insufficient ( $110k) and too many recent opened accounts, both of us have scores close to 800 .

ETA no response.. guess that email is for credit line increases , husband received letter that repeated what the email had said. I did not get the letter.
