And sometimes the full 13 digit ticket number doesn't transmit/appear on the statement, so appears to be two charges for the same ticket instead of individual tickets.

I.e. Consecutive ticket numbers 125-1234567890 and 125-1234567891 might appear on statements as:

BRITISH AIRWAYS LONDON GB 125123456789
BRITISH AIRWAYS LONDON GB 125123456789

Which looks like duplicates but are simply missing the last digit of each ticket number.

There should be one transaction per person from BA. How many transactions do you have in total OP?
