I am a lowly KF Blue at the moment but have never had a single bad experience with their call centre staff based in Singapore. The outsourced staff in their Indian call centre is very bad though, but it seems that as long as you choose "award flights" when calling the 6789 8188 number, you will always get routed to a Singapore-based service staff.
