You have been lucky. From about 7,30pm onwards the F side of the Wing especially gets very busy. I have been sat in the J section before, and had to wait at lest 30 mins for dinner to. It's not helped by LX and SA pax using the lounge in addition to everyone flying CX.
Back OT, hopefully T5 will at least see seperate pavillions for each satellite and the main terminal. One big lounge really doesn't appeal at all. I can't see a Concorde Room solely for F pax though - the current facility is slowly being run down in terms of catering.
