To be honest I have never had bad experiences with KF call agents (yes even before i was PPS).

My most recent fantastic experience was with an Expedia booking (yes i was greedy for DBS Altitude miles.. ) in J. I needed to change dates, and so I waitlisted myself as the same fare class wasn't available. When this cleared (2 days before), SQ asked me to get Expedia to re-ticket it, which is normal I suppose since I had booked through them. Otherwise I may have had to pay US$50 to re-ticket a travel agent booking.

Somehow Expedia screwed up and both my original and newly-confirmed flight disappeared from my booking. Unfortunately the Expedia airline call centre had closed by then, so I was left panicking without a return flight home.

I called SQ and the super nice agent was thoroughly confused as to how the booking could've vanished. He actually told me to 'calm down and don't worry I will be able to fix this' and after tapping furiously for 3 mins he told me i now had a seat on the flight I wanted, end of story. I think the panic in my voice probably helped too
