Oh, I am sure they
want it. They are either not willing to pay for it (those free water bottles for elites don't pay for themselves) or they are plain incompetent. My guess is it's the latter (hanlon's razor).
But hey, good news for me - I didn't have any stays with Hyatt during that period. At all.
