In Perth, Immigration (and customs) do not offer an express channel.
At immigration you get the choice of manual or electronic entry queues, then luggage reclaim, then all into a single chute for customs. A customs agent reviews your Entry Declaration, then it's either straight out the door or via xray/desk inspection.
