baflyer123 and welcome to the BA forum. It's good to see you here, and I hope the delayed First trip was still enjoyable. I agree it looks a fairly clear 600€ claim to me, indeed it could be argued you saved BA paying both that, the downgrade refund and the hotel costs. The Uber taxi fare should be OK to £50 approx each way, which is an arbitrary limit which could be easily challenged if necessary.
