Hi there,

I booked an award ticket in business about 3 weeks ago, but everytime I try to select my seat onilne, I get the error message below.

" The seat map request failed because an error occurred during the processing. Check the log or the suberror for more information. (8700 [96])"

Should I keep waiting since the flight is still 11 months away?
