I think it will depend on where the WN flights will operate from - service from the Inland Empire is sorely needed, so if they started flights from ONT, it would be a huge benefit for those of us who do not want to start driving to LAX at 5am for a morning flight to Hawaii, but not really affect United/Delta/American/Hawaiian from LAX.

Maybe B6 will start the same from Long Beach and break up the LAX monopoly on Hawaii air service.
