Outbound
SEA - United Club
ORD - Polaris Lounge
FRA - LH First Class Terminal

Inbound
VCE - I think you will receive an invitation to a contract lounge
FRA - LH Business Lounge by A26. Keep in mind you will need to clear immigration when leaving the lounge. If you prefer to be closer to the gate, then the LH Lounge complex by Z50.
