Yes? Wondering what the issue with 1B is although if you look at the seating map you'll see that the middle two seats are set further back in the cabin . . by a couple feet. And that might make a difference for light/sound?

A flight attendant told me recently that turbulence was the equivalent of driving on a bumpy road with potholes that had not been properly maintained. Thought it was a cute analogy.

Don't remember much on the Australia run this time - more on the flight to Dublin (ex EWR) in late December. I think the turbulence is worse in the back behind the wing. Over the wing is probably the least but pretty sure I'd pick Bumpy Business over Smooth But Squishy?
