Have you actually tried the CE food? I’ve tried everything on the short/medium band menus and have not found a single item that I could honestly describe as ‘disgusting'. Yes I’ve found dishes I prefer over others, but nothing disgusting. On some longer flights I’ve found the portion sizes inadequate for the length or timing of the flight, but nothing 'disgusting'.
I've had the beef panini, the chicken caesar flatbread thing, the chicken salad and the duck salad, and I thought they were all pretty bad.
The dessert just tastes of artificial flavors.
