VNA change/cancellation fee is usually VND600,000 - at least it is what I have had to pay every time I had to change/cancel tickets...
From my experience - the difference between Business Flex & Business Standard, that I noticed were,
- the actual price,
- availability (the more expensive available till the last seat...),
- miles accrual according to subcategory....
Not sure that helps you much - did you call their call centre?
