I've done a recent tour of Seattle lounges. I'd rate them delta>amex>United. In terms of EWR, my favorite lounge is the 3rd party Art+Lounge. Not as much experience at FRA, but the OH lounge up the elevator was my favorite when last traveling through. At VCE? I think the only lounge is the quite lovely Alitalia lounge.
