Don't go by whether the fare shows on the AA website. Maybe that means something, and maybe not (or maybe not anymore) but the fare rules are the way to know for sure whether you're buying a consolidator fare. Better yet, you can read them before you buy the ticket. Look for the word "wholesale" in the rules...if it's there, it's a bulk ticket.
