I wanted to start and end in YQB but that turned out to be impossible due to the lack of availability on YQB-YUL or YQB-YYZ. Anyhow, here's what I did:

YUL - ZRH (LX) J
ZRH - VCE (LX) J - on the CS100!
-STOP-
VCE - IST (TK) J
IST - MLE (TK) J
-DEST-
MLE-DEL (AI) J
DEL-ZRH (LX) J
ZRH-YUL (LX) J

Total: 150,000 miles per passenger, $202.15 in taxes and fees. Most of the fees come from the stop in MLE ($62.80 pp).
