All a long way of saying that just because someone else, even in your own organization, is able or not able to book a type of ticket "through" Concur, doesn't mean that you will or will not be able to do so.
I do realize that, I am spoiled by the use of ITA Matrix and being able to find more obscure fares/routing options. I think they don't let it search long enough to find most three stop options, lots of time it will stop at two.
My main question was on how Amex Travel via CONCUR booked multicity flights as I did not want to recheck my bag in DC. Or worse, after every segment!
