Norwegian had a dreadful day at LGW yesterday with several cancellations, including one TFS service after everyone had been checked in. It's not helped that they have contracted the ticket handling to the airport operators, GAL. I saw one queue of 300 people being handled by 2 GAL staff members on the computers (and about 8 GAL staff just keeping the queue safe and tidy). TFS flyers were being offered the next replacement flight, which was 13 days later for family groups (singles were offered 18 October).
