We've done F on the A380, 777 and 747 with an infant and from what I recall the screen does not work with the bassinet on any of them.

The A380 has a large upstairs bathroom in CW which is better for changing the infant than the smaller F bathroom downstairs - when we did LHR>IAD we used it without issue but of course with permission of the CC and mindful not to disturb other passengers.
