I waited until October, called again. The new agent said essentially: I see the offer we made to you a few weeks ago, has anything changed that you're calling again? I'm only slightly paraphrasing, but the tone was snarky.
I just called this afternoon and the agent reminded me about the 25K I got last year on 10/20. At first he said I had no offer but when I persisted, he said he could do the 10K just like you got. I was actually thinking about calling after 10/20 this year, but after your datapoint, it doesn't look like that will do me any good.
