Just completed a two night stay here. Really pleasantly surprised. Upgraded to a suite on the 21st floor (agent said I was "blocked into a suite").
Suite was very nice . . . they're on the corner of the building, looking toward the lake (could see a tiny of sliver of blue between buildings). Furnishings reminded me of Andaz WS. There's no desk, but a small table which sort of sufficed. Closet space is totally inadequate. (My GF would have had a big problem!) Bed was too hard for me, which is a common issue at Hyatts. But room was spacious, comfortable, and relatively quiet.
At check-in they gave me vouchers for breakfast. These cover whatever you want. Breakfast was excellent. In fact, I'm a big fan of the restaurant (Cochon Volante), where I had two dinners and two breakfasts. Service was great and food was really excellent. The cheeseburger was outstanding.
I would definitely return.
