They don't know when this will be fixed. The agent suggested I try again in an hour or tomorrow morning.
I'm not sure if it's related to the current spat between the U.S. and Turkey, resulting in the inability of Americans to get Turkish visa and Turks not being able to get American visas. Perhaps it has impacted some TK travel and maybe Aeroplan is just on the receiving end of the current hiccup.
