Westpac refused to offer anything, even used the opportunity as an upsell chance suggesting I upgrade to the world card! I have everyday banking with them and all insurances but no mortgage.

Interestingly I had recently gone and got quotes for our insurances as junior has just got his learners license and has pretty much decided to stay with them given minimal savings and hassle of changing. I have now gone back to AA and confirmed the change to them on the back of this which I see as no recognition of loyalty after being a 30 year customer, and I have also applied for an ANZ card so will get the 300 A$ promotion too and then cancel westpac card, but I am sure they don't care.
