I don't know if anyone cares but just to update on the situation - I wasn't able to check in online, and even at the airport there were issues checking in with Aegean. They didn't see my Premium Rouge upfare that I purchased a few weeks prior. In the end, everything worked out and my heavy baggage was checked in with no issues (it was somewhere between 23 and 32 kg).
