There is an outdoor smoking area airside in T4. Other terminals under review, but as Prospero notes, it's not an easy solution in the likes of T2 and T5 which are essentially very large single buildings with limited suitable space.
There is one at T3 as well, by bus connections - technically not airside, but not fully landside as you don't have to pass border check to get there.
