Well, to comply with UK laws it would need to be outdoors and I doubt HAL would consider taking a tin opener to its lovely roof at T5A. Perhaps a protected terrace on top of the bustle structures that project out of the north and south ends of T5B. Technically feasible maybe but I doubt it would ever happen.
