TechTrainer, have you try calling in to AC or AP?
YOWzer report the same issue about a month ago, haven't seen an update so assume everything went okay afterward? Maybe you can try PM YOWzer to get the detail.

alc I have not contacted AC or AP. I wanted to validate my assumption that I was eligible for an immediate status upgrade before calling.
