Darn, I've walked through the Old City and New City at night and missed this. The first time I was there I couldn't sleep and went for a walk around three in the morning. There was nobody out, nor were many lights on. I stopped in the middle of a narrow stone street and marveled that I was alone in a former communist country. That seemed unimaginable when I was a kid. It would be akin to standing alone in NK nowadays.
It seemed to be concentrated on one end of Wenceslas Square, the end near the national museum. It was impossible to miss. Luckily, I was walking behind a British stag party (which was a sight in itself), so they got all the attention while I was able to slip by!
