Wow, that's really interesting. I'm surprised but not shocked. If you say Yes, do they bring out a picture book .

Either I've never been offered this (in any brand hotel), or I innocently assumed what I stated above!

It seemed to be concentrated on one end of Wenceslas Square, the end near the national museum. It was impossible to miss. Luckily, I was walking behind a British stag party (which was a sight in itself), so they got all the attention while I was able to slip by!
