Darn, I've walked through the Old City and New City at night and missed this. The first time I was there I couldn't sleep and went for a walk around three in the morning. There was nobody out, nor were many lights on. I stopped in the middle of a narrow stone street and marveled that I was alone in a former communist country. That seemed unimaginable when I was a kid. It seemed to be concentrated on one end of Wenceslas Square, the end near the national museum. It was impossible to miss. Luckily, I was walking behind a British stag party (which was a sight in itself), so they got all the attention while I was able to slip by!
