Which flight number is best?
I am looking at booking a trip to HNL ex-EU. The route will be something like IST-LHR-LAX-HNL. Looking at itaMatrix there is the option of booking the same flights with the first flight either on a BA flight number or an AA flight number:

AA6612, AA135, AA31

or

BA675, AA135, AA31

Obviously AA6612 and BA675 are a code-share.

Is there any benefit for booking the BA flight number over the AA number?

The prices are the same on itaMatrix.
