Snack selection is based on distance, I think we may have a thread here somewhere with the breakdowns by flight distance or time and what snack selection is available.

Intra-CA flights (representing the short flights) I generally get either peanuts or pretzels. (Though some FAs will hand 2 bags of pretzels or give you both the peanuts and pretzels).

I flew ONT-MDW-ONT this weekend. Both ways with the Fritos/Cookies/Ritz selections. Outbound the FA put the box in front of us and told us to take as much as we wanted. Coming back FA handed them out but went up and down the aisle with the box a couple times (most people took 1 bag at a time)
