The windows can't be opened in room 2908. We have been moved to the other room, I got hospital treatment after my trip. The hotel is responsible for the guest slip and fall on their property because of a dangerous condition on the property and required not to subject a person to an unreasonable risk of injury because of the poor maintenance.
