My first booking with China Southern and I am seriously Impressed with the customer service. Since booking I have contacted them 3 times and I get a reply in less than an hour, I just emailed them to add my Flying Blue number to the booking and within minutes a reply and its done. I cant think of another airline that's as fast and efficient (by email) as this one.
